Police in Sydney are seeking public assistance to help locate 15-year-old Brooklynn Amao-Stone, who has been reported missing after last being seen in Caringbah on Wednesday, 6 August 2025.

According to authorities, Brooklynn was last sighted around 12 nn in Caringbah, located in Sydney’s southern suburbs. When she could not be reached or found later that day, her disappearance was reported to officers from St George Police Area Command, who launched an investigation into her whereabouts.

Due to Brooklynn’s young age, police have expressed serious concerns for her welfare and are appealing to the public to help locate her.

Brooklynn Amao-Stone is described as being of Pacific Islander or Maori appearance. She is approximately 165cm to 170cm tall, with a slim build. She has long black hair and brown eyes. Authorities noted that she is familiar with and may be found in the suburbs of Hurstville, Peakhurst, Riverwood, and Miranda areas she is known to frequent.

Police are urging anyone who may have seen Brooklynn or who may have information on her current location to come forward. Members of the public are encouraged to contact Kogarah Police Station or Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000. All information provided will be treated confidentially.
