Police are renewing the appeal for information to locate 48-year-old Samuel Fallshaw, missing since late May 2024.

Samuel was last seen at Penrith Railway Station at approximately 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 28 May 2024. Concern escalated when his vehicle remained parked at the intersection of Warks Hill Road and Bells Line of Road in Kurrajong Heights for several days, prompting a welfare check by police on 1 June 2024.

Despite ongoing investigations by the Nepean Police Area Command and the Missing Persons Registry, and two public appeals, there has been no confirmed contact or verified sightings since.

Police describe Samuel as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 180 cm tall, of large build, with medium‑length brown hair and hazel eyes. He is known to frequent the Eastwood and Hamilton areas, and an unconfirmed sighting was reported in Newcastle in July.

This appeal coincides with Missing Persons Week 2025, running from Sunday, 3 August to Saturday, 9 August, under the national campaign theme “Forever Loved”. The initiative aims to raise awareness about missing persons cases and the ongoing impact on their families.
